NSL and SLP plug in's

Hi all,

I have a user who can connect to the internet fine but when she goes to browse it says that the SLP and NSL plug-in's are not present.

If anyone could give me some insight to this problems I would greatly appreaciate it. Feel free to IM me on AOL as well: Kicker774
