i am trying to do some quick filtering of rather large arrays (>12k items). nspredicate looks perfect for the job. i see the headers for it in the iphone simulator but not in the iphone itself. i'm guessing this means that it isn't really available on the iphone.
i'm wondering, does anyone know if/when it will become available for the iphone. right now, i'm using a sqlite3 db with like clauses. it is not the quickest, but seems to be working so far for me. if i knew it was going to come available, i might keep things as they are until then.
