Trying to update from the Mac App Store.

1102 well that's a new one on me. I have no idea what that means.
1100 is a failure to download a file ( update software ). No specific reason listed for the failure. 1102 is probably a code for a specific release ( a new one that's not included on the error coding charts yet ).

Just guessing.

I had that before every time the servers are overwhelmed by demand such as today for the iOS 7 release. Usually, I waited it out and retried. Then, it would be okay after a while (few hours or may be one day) when the server load subside.

Received error on first try. Servers are busy today. Tried 2 minutes later and no problem. Installed fine.

I had the same error several times earlier today. Just did the update now with no problems.
