Nt able to transfer my video to iPad 3

Hello Guyz,

I just buy new iPad 3 & everything working great just have one issue:( .M not able to transfer my mp4 video & vob files in my iPad by iTune .I try many time but it's not working.Please tell e any good & easy solutions as m not techi so much:) .Also i heard about GoodPlayer,if i buy tht can my problem will be solved as i have lots of dvd files in my laptop.

Imp Note - M using windows 7
