NTFS BootCamp Partition displays as MS-DOS (FAT) in Disk Utility

For some reason my NTFS BootCamp partition displays as MS-DOS (FAT) in Disk Utility, and will not mount. It doesn't give an error or anything, just refuses to mount. The same thing is happening on my wife's Santa Rosa Macbook (I have a new Unibody Mackbook Pro).

I've tried using NTFS-G/MacFuse, but that doesn't seem to help.

Any suggestions?
