Since installing SL (didn't happen on L) any of my NTFS external drives I add anything to, my WD TV Media player will no longer recognise them.

That applies to all video, music and photo formats.

The drives are still workable on my Mac I can add or remove files thanks to Paragon's NTFS for Mac app.

I have to reformat all my external drives I use with my 2 WD TV boxes into FAT to get them to work on my Mac and my PCs. Downside of that is the 4GB limit of FAT.

Been experimenting with this for a week now and can't overcome it. Even tried formatting in various byte settings in NTFS. I know I could format them in Mac format but would not be able to use the drives at work as we are not allowed to add programs to our work PCs like MediaFours Macdrive program.
