Hi,
I'm trying to capture some footage taken on a Canon XL1 DV Camera on a iMac OS X 10.5, on the Final Cut Express 4.0 that was provided with the computer.
The canon is NTSC and I think that this is where my problem is coming from.
Basically when I try to capture it works for a couple of seconds, and it stops with a message saying that there has been a problem with the tape.
Nevertheless the tape is fine if I read it only, it's only when I try to capture that it does not work.
I have changed the sequence settings to NTSC, but I wonder if there is some capture settings to change, even though I can't find it on the software, or in the manual.
If someone could let me know his/her opinion that would be brilliant...
Thx in advance
Tib
