Just tried to upgrade from 2.0 of Dragon Dictate to 3.0 using Nuance UK site, and I have to say the process was a nightmare.:mad::mad: Eventually I realized that you can't actually do this through the Nuance UK store, but have to log on my old account at MacSpeech.com. There it lists the old 2.0 license I have and an option to upgrade. Clicked on the option, which listed the price as £69 (~$110). So far so so good. I clicked the upgrade button, but was then directed to the US Nuance web store showing the price of the upgrade as $149. I decided that this must be an error, so I bailed out of that page and was going to call their number direct. However, now my account shows that I have already upgraded from 2.0 even though I haven't.

I don't get it. How can a company function with such a screwed up online store? Seriously, who created their web site and IT systems? A bunch of drunk monkeys?
