Sent my case back to Nudient over a month ago, arrived in the country on the 25th February and still haven’t received a refund. Contacted their customer service 4 times in that time and received this same, scripted reply:
Are they honestly saying it takes almost a month for the case to be “inspected” at their warehouse?
Be warned, don’t expect a refund any time soon if you purchase a case from Nudient and want to return it.
We have registered a return and will wait for your package to return to our warehouse.
You will receive a refund when your product has come back to our warehouse and been inspected.
