Num Lock and Caps Lock Issue

Depends Greatly On The Weather
The num lock and caps lock lights were on automatically when I turned my Mac on and when I pressed them to turn them off they came on so now I am typing with the lights on but they are actually off.

Does anyone know how to fix this issue?
