Number keypad in carplay

I just got a new Civic with CarPlay, that I use with my iphone 5s. I occasionally have to call an automated service where I have to punch in a series of numbers etc. When I did this with the keypad on my car's display using carplay I kept getting an invalid response from the service. So the keys were being pressed, but not the correct ones somehow. Anyone else have problems with using the number keypad?

Also, the voice of Siri seems to cut in and out of the left and right channels, and occasionally has a loud clicking noise when dialing someone. Audio plays fine however.
