numbers 09: Graphs for work projects

I have numbers 09, and i wanted to set up a chart to help portray these values for work projects for finish carpentry tasks:

1)total man hours bid
2)man hours worked including the date
3) the estimated time it should be completed

I wanted to show:

1) the percentage of the job done
2) the percentage of the job left to be done
3) the estimated time it should be completed

Can anyone help this novice set up a template for this?
