for those of you that have iwork 09 or the trial, have you opened the workout log template in numbers?
there is a weight lifting sheet on there, and it has a 7-day schedule. and the total weight lifted for each day in a graph.
i like it, but how would i edit this to put in what i actually do for each workout? so it would be much more than 7 days, it would be every day
