Numbers 1.3 new "formula entry with keyboard" how does it work

Has anyone already used the new "formula entry with Keyboard" function which should be included in Numbers 1.3?
I can't see any difference in formula entry in Numbers on my iPad after updating to 1.3.
I can't figure out how to switch to an alphanumerical keyboard to enter functions by typing their names.

Huh, nobody here who tried Numbers 1.3 already and can enlighten me about what the new "formula entry" added in version 1.3 is?

I still can't see any difference in formula entry in the new version.
