Numbers and iPad and soccer teams.

So, I was watching the Keynote speech and they showed a soccer team organized on Numbers. I really like the tabs at the top. However, when I work in Numbers on my desktop, there does not seem to be an option to have those tabs? Is this specific to the iPad or can I do this in Numbers on my desktop?

I have attached pics of what it looks like on the iPad and desktop respectively.

Umm, it should be fairly obvious the answer is no. You posted both interfaces, so you know what they look like. Maybe iWork '10, if they release a new version.
