I am using the Numbers App to create a before and after photo template. I am sending this template to my crews so that they can take care of the issues with my customers. The problem is that when I take the pics with my mini iPad, and put them into the very simple template, the size of the photos based on the mini's resolution, makes it so that I can't send to many pictures within each template.
Even if i make the number of photos fewer, my crews still have to take the "after" pictures, put them in the original file and send it back to me so that I can close it off, but then the file is way too large to send back to me.

How can I make one numbers file smaller before e-mailing, or is there a way to take the original pictures as a smaller resolution while I'm taking the picture?

Please help
