I'm at my wits' end as I'm obviously doing this wrong and I don't understand what I'm doing wrong.

I need a timesheet for work which in a very simple fashion will show "time in/time out" multiple times per day, a daily total and a weekly total. Not very difficult.

I have even found a template that will suit me perfectly: http://www.numberstemplates.com/2010/09/06/template-weekly-time-sheet/
if I can modify it to be able to show multiple daily time in/time out.

I'm saving as a new document and when I add a new line, it gets added to the bottom; if I cut and paste in an effort to move down, the whole formula is knocked out.

Can a Numbers genius please tell me what I'm doing wrong and how to modify this to reflect what I need?
