NUMBERS - moving within spreadsheet

Hi board members

I have a reasonably large spreadsheet and want to be able to insert a "button" or simply a cell formula to move to the top of said sheet.

Is this possible?

Is it also possible to open a video file stored on an external hard drive by using a formula?
