Numbers Pie Chart not working in Big Sur

I'm running Big Sur (latest public beta) on a MBA 2020 (base model). I opened up numbers to make a graph of some financial information I had and found that the Pie Chart doesn't show colors for the wedges.

I'm wondering if this is a Big Sur issue or if its an issue with Numbers.
The version of numbers I have: version 10.1 (6913)
Big Sur Version: 11.0 Beta (20A5354i)

Let me know if anyone else has this issue. on iOS 14, the graph shows up correctly, just not macOS.
