Hi, I'm sure there is a way to do this - but I'm hopeless.
I wonder if anyone knows a function in numbers to let me tally, a bit like a check sheet? But instead of having to delete a number, then replace it with one higher - can I just "tick" the box and it automatically adds one to the total?
Basically, say I was selling apples, and I'd sold 4 one day, written that into a cell under 'apples' , then I sold 2 more the next...could I tick the box twice more and it'd automatically calculate that I'd sold 6? I don't want to have to write it in another column and write an equation in another box.
Any help really appreciated. Is there a way to make this happen, even if you know of a nifty equation I could write...? Even if it's using excel and not numbers - I could probably find it.
