Hey, I've found another mathmatical thing about the new G5.
You see, 5 while pressing the shift button is the % sign.
So now it is G%.
In physics, G= 9.8m/s/s
So, the newest G5s will have a 9.8% increase in speed from the dual 1 gigs of today.
Keeping in tune with this,
1000 Mhz x 9.8% = 1960 or somewhere around 1.1 GHz to begin with. Apple is probably not gunna bump up a processor 100 Mhz and give it a new name. I predict that the newest G5s will carry somewhere around a 1.3, 1.4 or 1.5 Ghz core speed.
