I would really like to be able to use the PureVideo NVIDIA technology built into the 8600M GT to offload video processing from the CPU to the GPU. Since Video hardware acceleration is not supported for this GPU card under Snow Leopard I would like to know if any have successfully done this with Bootcamp under WinXP/Vista/Win 7.
Running Windows 7 with Bootcamp I have tried the CoreAVC Codec, CCCP and Pure Codec Codec Packs with Media Player Classic and have yet to have any success.
I have also made a similar post in the Windows/Bootcamp Forum already but no response!
