Hi,

I have my Mac Pro with the 8800GT and he is awesome. Now I installed Parallels, because I want to try some games.

After I installed XP (with SP2), the videocontroller was not found (yellow question mark).

What driver should I use? I tried the Nvidia Driver from nvidia.com, but this did not worked for me.

Any suggestions?

Thanks in advance

Marcus

Virtualization uses generic video card drivers. You can't install drivers from nvidia.com. Virtualization currently provides very minimal hardware acceleration. For game you'll want to use boot camp.

And which videocard driver? Or is it not necessarily to install a VGA driver? I have still the yellow "?" in my hardware-manager.

I've only used the one that Parallels provides since it is a generic video card environment. You have to enable experimental DirectX acceleration as well. I was never able to get Homeworld or Unreal Tournament to work.
