Nvidia 9400m Using the Physx?

So,

the Nvidia 9400m on the 13" macbooks have a physx ready sign but will there be an actual driver update for the mac users?

apparently near july when 9800 GTX comes out apple will release a driver update for the 8 and 9 series for the macbook pro that will enable the PhysX.

nothing for the 13" :(?
