My limited GCSE German suggests that the article says that the card will be out 18th March and will cost 499 Euro.

Looks like a square fan heater.

Yes, you are correct, it is actually 2 PCBs in one housing.
I don't think I like that too much.
Rumor has it that it is running too hot so nVidia had to cut back on the clock speeds.
If so, nVidia is making a huge mistake by bringing it out too fast.
