I have this macbook pro, I got my logic board replaced already with another one in june of last year. I also just got an email saying that I am eligible to be in the the lawsuit. Do I still pursue? Does anyone know anything about this?

I notice apple replaces a ton of logic boards. I wonder if they are new boards or BS taken out of other MBP'S that have passed through. The logic board replacement seems to be the equivalent of formatting a Windows PC.

I just got a postcard about it today.

Sometimes when I open up a new tab in Safari and it is trying to open the new tab to the preview thing, I get a distorted/scrambled image that quickly goes away. Does that count?
