Nvidia Driver 314.22

I was just wondering if i could install this driver? i have 680MX.

It says its only for windows and linux all those, but nothing for mac.

is it save for me to install it?

Correct because its not for OSX. we get our drivers from apple and as such I wouldn't try installing them on your mac. I'm not even sure you could since there's no installer to execute.

Windows drivers do not work on the Mac, so no you couldn't install it even if you tried.

Drivers for Mac are all in the Extensions folder so installing them isn't that hard, copy them there then set the right permissions.

Provided they're compiled for OSX - copying windows drivers to that folder won't do anything.
