I have a 15" late 2008 2.66 Intel core 2 duo with a nvidia 9400m 256MB
and I have a
13" Mid 2010 2.4 Intel core 2 duo with a nvidia 320M 256MB.

Can I swap the the two? I want to get the 320M into the 15" if possible.

Or, are they on/part of the main board?

Any help would be appreciated. Thanks

As with about 99.9% of laptops on the market, the graphics card is soldered on the mainboard.

What you want to do is not possible.

Not only not possible...

But also fairly pointless as the performance is almost exactly the same....
