Hi there,

are there any NVMe m.2 raid enclosures available which at least support thunderbolt 4, better 5?

Not that I know of. I have several OWC Thunderblade drives but they are all TB3.
With the speed of TB5 enclosures now, why do you want to RAID them anyhow? I rarely use my Thunderblade drives any more. I tend to use single enclosures - I just find they perform better, and are less hassle then a RAID enclosure. I'll most likely try to sell my RAID drives as they just sit unused now, and I can finally remove the RAID driver and software from my computer (SoftRAID)!

I think there are NAS units that can do that, but I'm guessing you're not after the network attached storage option. So I did a little quick Googling. What about these?

Acasis 40Gbps Thunderbolt 4/3 M.2 NVMe 4 Bay RAID SSD Enclosure

Express 4M2

Four-Slot USB4 (40Gb/s) External Storage Enclosure for NVMe M.2 SSDs

Depending on what you want them to do, you might think about the NAS option (whether HDD, SSD or HDD with SSDs for cache), but it looks like what you want exists.

P.S.: SSD-based NAS can get really expensive, fair warning.
