ny Multi USB-C adapters?

When I travel with my 12 macbook, I'd like to be able to charge my iphone and watch too. Any multi usb-c adapters that exist? I can't seem to find them.

I'd like to ditch the usb-a cables at this point...

Best I could find is two USB C ports + 2 USB A.

I think USB C works slightly differently and needs its own power rails. (I could be entirely wrong).

Problem is I just want to carry around the small macbook charger and use it to power everything. So looking more for a dongle / adapter instead of a charger

Those don’t exist unfortunately.

Best bet is buying a USB C dongle with power delivery and USB A ports and plugging the charger and iPhone / Watch into the dongle.
