"O" key quit working on my keyboard...

All other keys work on my keyboard except the "o" key. I have tried cleaning the contacts on the inside, tried the keyboard on another computer (running windows xp), and even tried different USB ports. Nothing seems to work so I know obviously something is jacked up. Is there anyway that I could possibly fix this issue considering its only one key? Also I bought this keyboard within 30 days ago from Best Buy, but I no longer have the original box/receipt so I am screwed there.

If you used a rewardzone membership, they can look it up since the existence of your membership. They recently printed me a duplicate receipt for a dSLR i bought over a year ago.
