I just thought I would browse the online billing system and noticed it's at 36.16 on a 35 contract.

I've made no calls at all so I don't know how it's happend , any ideas ?
Hopefully it's not data access there secretly charging.

Hi,

It's probably an apportionment.

Say your contract started 11 July, O2 bill you 13th July, you will be billed 1 Month for 13th July - 12th August PLUS 11th & 12th July.

Will be a one off, your future bills should be £35 as long as you don't go over your text/voice limits..

HTH
