O2 bolt-ons

I found this while looking through the O2 tariffs.

it says that the bolt ons are not available for the iPhone!! do you think that it is an old webpage that hasn't been updated or are we not allowed to add any extras to the contract?

However on the actual tarrif page for the iPhone
