Just been told by the lady at O2 inmilton keynes that the 'system' is down all day, and they think no activations will go through at store. Same story elsewhere ??

probably to get the phones bought yesterday registered whilst at the same time, beefing up their servers.

Apple Store Trafford used the O2 system 'Gateway' to process my 16GB white iPhone this morning.
Out of the 10 terminals, 1 went down, and the rest flew through the registration/activation process.
