If you have an order number then your order is in the system. It doesn't matter how many emails they send you.
Exactly, is it really necessary to make a new thread for every single individual email you receive?

Fair enough, I'll not do anymore threads.
Just want to know that my order is definately there but you're right - if i have an order number, that should be it sorted. However, cos it's not confirmed for definate I keep thinking that I don't have a device allocated for me yet and therefore they might run out of stock!

I have had three emails and an order number. None of which have confirmed anything so we could all be in the same boat. And its sinking fast.
