but it cant be as before i started pac ing my number the network signal was quite good.

They got me to do a network restore on the iphone but that didnt help so the guy made me restore my phone, i was sooo mad coz i had just uploaded about 3 seasons of tv shows & you KNOW how long that takes but again it didnt help the signal. The O2 rep then said it must be the phone but i disputed this point as it was fine before the number changes & since they messed it up & i ended up not having my number active for 5 days, then it had to be something in their end, they deny this of course!

Any suggestions? or what can i tell o2 to try that they might not be very forthcoming about? maybe they are being this way coz i got the phone from carphone warehouse?

It either usually has only 1 bar or no service, lots of times im trying to dial & i lose the one bar i have 7 it starts searching. Have even been in a call & it cuts me off!!!
