O2 - Still not taken payment

I ordered on the 7th and got my upgrade delivered on launch day, 99GBP for the 8GB black but O2 still have not taken payment from my cad. Is anyone else in the same position? I'd rather they just took at as not doing so will probably mean they randomly cut my service off at some point when it's discovered.
