Carrier O2 store (UK) stock levels?

Hi all,

Can anyone give me their thoughts on whether it will be possible to walk into an UK O2 store on Friday or Saturday and upgrade to an iPhone 6(+) on O2 Refresh?

I have checked the Refresh options online and I can pay off my existing phone and upgrade, no problems.

But will stores have stock??

If they have told people pre-ordering in store that they won't have the plus until 7th October I would think theres no chance they are going to have any pluses for walk-ins.

Pre-ordering online with O2 seemed like the only way of getting a plus for launch day.

I can't answer your question but I have a quick question for you regarding O2 Refresh (I'm gonna be a new O2 customer as of Friday).

What's the crack then? Does it mean in 1 year when the 6S comes out I can buy out and upgrade early? What kinda fee is it?

You pay off the phone bit of your contract in full and they cancel the airtime bit.
