iPhone 17 Pro O2 UK - Can you transfer eSims onto a new phone?

Afternoon all, I didn't upgrade last year so I'm not sure if O2 UK have updated their processes since the last time I bought a new phone. Do I need to request a new eSim to install on my new phone or is it now possible to migrate the old eSim across to the new phone?
