O2-UK - no more deliveries for 2 months.

Thought I'd share this piece of info.

Popped into the O2 Store on Oxford St just now. Asked a few questions about their iPhone 4 Stock. They told me that they are currently out of stock (shocking) and their next delivery will be tomorrow (15th June). Also that this will be their LAST iPhone 4 delivery for 2-3 months.

Thoughts on that?

Nothing has been communicated that there is going to be that sort of delay on stock.

Yes deliverys should arrive this week, but think that the white iPhone4 will be released end of the month as well as O2 opening sale of the device up to non O2 customers. So if a delay of that scale was to come we would know about it by now.

if a delay of that scale was to come we would know about it by now.

And we'd also know what would be the casue of such a delay… major product revisions

There has to me and my colleagues. I am employed by O2.

So… why did you have to "pop" into a store to find out that info if this has already been communicated to you and your colleagues ? Isn't info like this available on the internal O2 the system? Sounds more like you were a walk-by customer… Just sayin'.
