have you seen the fair use policy?

i'm really interested in what will happen to those who fail the credit check, there must surely be a payg option?
there will be even more unlocked phones out there if it doesn't happen. I'm sure apple and 02 would still like you to give them some ££££££££££

So what's this mean? I'm not too familiar with the different types of options for phones, I only ever use Pay As You Go.

Can we choose this option for the iPhone instead of the £35/month contract?

In the US if you either failed the credit check or put in a dummy social security number at&t gave you the option of a pre pay account, not sure of the finer details, perhaps someone can help us with that but i'm pretty sure 02 will do something similar, after all the phone is not subsidized in any way so you are still paying for the phone no matter what.
