Hi everyone,

I'm looking for some advice,

I've been with O2 for near to ten years now and have always been offered very good upgrade options up until I decided to go onto the iPhone.

When my contract expired (18 months after the launch of the original iPhone) I was offered a reduced contract price (at £25 if I took another 18 month contract).

Now that the 3Gs is out (which is why I didn't take the reduced contract, keeping my £35 a month and original iPhone) I can't get a deal at all, all they will offer is to give me a new 24 month contract with the price as if for a new contract. Does anyone have any advice on how to get them to fold? They keep playing the 'Apple set it' card, but is it possible to get something out of them if I go for the new phone? Even if it's not a discount per se?
