O2 - When will we get PAYG

I want to buy the iPhone 4 on Pay as you go, so that I can use it with my current contract.

I'm selling my 3GS to a friend, and I wondered when the iPhone 4 would be avaliable on PAYG.

Any ideas?

Pay retail for the phone then you can PAYG

Thanks for your nonanswer. However, I believe that the iPhone 3GS was actually slightly less than retail if you bought it locked to O2. I am aware that I can buy the iPhone from an Apple store (in theory, Its not like anywhere HAS any)

So my question stands; does anyone know roughly when the iPhone 4 is available on PAYG for O2 customers
