obtrusive floating ad?!

Has anyone else seen this?

I don't mind adverts, but I hate these kinds!

We'll look into removing it. We don't select the ads that are shown, but we can often eliminate particular ones.

That's what I figured. It was the first time I saw such a ad and I stupidly didn't take a screenshot of the whole window =/

I refreshed a bit to see if I could find it again, nope. And haven't seen since it at all since then.

I wonder how they were able to do that too. I assume it came from the banner rotations above...
