Occasional haptic feedback on OS5 but nothing there.

Good afternoon.

Only noticed this since updating to OS5 on my series 3 Nike+

About twice a day nearly every day for last week I’ve noticed my watch give some haptic buzz to my wrist (when on silent) Likewise when not on silent I get a tone/noise/alarm (hard to describe). The thing is when I look at the watch when this happens , there’s nothing on the screen to suggest why it should’ve happened. No alarm , no reminder nothing.

Has anyone else noticed any rogue/stealth/sneaky happenings on their wrist with no real explanation as to why ?

I have had a couple instances of the watch giving a tap with nothing to show for it. I thought I was just going nuts.

I’m on a Series 3 , no haptic Crown.

Definitely happening when other hand nowhere near Watch.
