Occasionally not receiving text messages

I am currently running the iOS 9.1 beta. Occasionally, my phone will stop receiving text messages. iMessages still come, but text messages do not. They will normally start coming again after a restart, but this is obviously a problem. I have been having this problem since updating from the 9.0 beta. Has anyone else experienced this? Any ideas what I might do to fix it? Thanks!

I'm having similar problems. In the last few days some messages theat are sent anywhere from late afternoon to evening don't load and alert till the morning when I unlock my phone
