OCR & PDF Spotlight indexing

Hi,

Is there a document scanning app which supports OCR and has gives acces to spotlight indexing as well?
So when I spotlight search on iOS it's searching the scanned documents and within the search results I can click through to open them.

I have used Scanbot and Scanner Pro, but no such luck.
Using iOS 11 at the moment.
