Do you think there's anything telling that Leopard will be released in the final quarter of 07' i.e. the Christmas quarter? I'm talking in the sense that Apple used to have up quarters and down quarters and people (investors) knew that as being part of the business (big spike in Christmas quarter due to iPod sales).
One of Cringley's recent columns talked about how Apple's trying to always outdo itself and not have that seasonal bounce. iPhone will certainly be the big cash cow for the current quarter, so does an October release mean now new iPods for the christmas season? They don't want to canabalize iPhone sales by releasing a touch screen iPod for Christmas do they?
What do you think?
