All iPads Odd battery % after full charge

On both my Air and rMini, I've noticed after a full night's charge that it only goes to 99%. If I reboot the devices, they go to 100% as expected. Is this an ios7 oddity? Does it happen on the phones too?

It's not a big issue obviously but it got me thinking if the battery is being misread at other times as well. My apologies if this is a known issue.

Happening on my iPhone 5s as well. 97% after a full charge. Restart the device and it goes to 100%. Probably an iOS 7 issue.

Just recalibrate the power manager... let the iPad charge completely down to the point it shuts itself down and then recharge to 100%. It's a good idea to do this once every 30-45 days.
