Thought id ask the community, I have a Sapphire RX 6800 reference card with syncretic patch, single 3.46CPU, 1440p monitor. when running W10 game fps is being limited on some occasions, windows power management has a big impact on the card, for example power saving will limit fps to around 90, switch to balanced and fps will shoot up to 180fps,... 100% load on GPU. Then next time switch on the mac its down to 90 again, you can see the load on the GPU is 50%, CPU is at 40%? The GPU will not consistently run at 100%, its like its running in power saving even with balanced or high performance is chosen. Any ideas? I have an RX 5700 reference that runs just fine.
